Follow these steps down below for Exchange/Office365

Step1

Go to the Exchange admin center https://Example.Exchange.Domain/ecp/

Step2

Open Recipients and go to Resources

Step3

On the Resources Tab click on more(...). Select the option: Export data to CSV file

Step4

We need the EMAIL ADDRESS and NAME . We reccomend to also select the MAILBOX TYPE so you can see the difference between a Room and Equipment mailbox
